Going, going, gone! - Poconos Fall Foliage

Striking blue skies and deep blue water against colorful foliage makes the trip to Poconos a must in autumn. Even though it may seem, the leaves are gone, there are still plenty of them hanging on the trees in Poconos where you get to serenity!

Yes, yes, I know, you don't want to read the boring stuff, just look at nature's beauty. So keep scrolling & enjoy!

Zero bars on your high end thousand dollar 7G smartPhone, so this becomes a great camera! You can catch a bar here and there, may it be cell signal or "Beer and Alcohol Room". So, once again, I will reiterate, have a satellite based maps and navigation system &/or keep paper maps with you.

Layer up. Layer up. Layer up. High in the mountains, wind blowing over cold lake waters can be chilling!!!

I am sure you will be in meditative state just looking at the scenery! You'll need to bundle up, else the chill will not help focus on the serenity!

TIP –

Wear good hiking shoes (not sneakers) if you are planning to hike.

TIP –

CoViD times; carry lots of alchohol wipes, potent sanitizer spray, disposable toilet seat covers.

TIP -

HERE maps is one option for smartPhones to have sattelite maps and navigation if you do not have GPS devices - handheld or in your vehicle.

TIP -

Layer up - bundle up!

Poconos - Poconos - Poconos. Great mountains in spring, summer, fall or autumn as some call it, and winter too!
