Celestial Symphony
- A Magic of Heavenly Hues of Northern Lights
Never did I ever think I'd be hunting the Northern Lights in Northeast US, but that's exactly what happened on my latest trip—a crazy, exhilarating ride in New England that I'll never forget.
When I first heard the Northern Lights were making an appearance across the country, I was so bummed to find myself under thick clouds with zero chance of seeing that magical pink glow. But if you think I'd let that stop me, you clearly underestimate my determination. LOL.
Thus began my quest. Imagine me, darting around like a kid on a treasure hunt, with no idea where I was going but hell-bent on catching a glimpse of Lady Aurora's dazzling fashion show. The payoff? Not just the breathtaking, ever-changing colors of the Northern Lights, but also a backdrop of millions of bright stars.

Of course, I couldn't stop snapping pictures (with my phone, mind you, since I wasn’t prepared with my high-tech gear). And I certainly couldn't stop hopping from place to place, all for another chance to witness another glimpse of that celestial spectacle.

One night of this craziness wasn't enough, so I went for round two the next night. The odds were slim, but there I was, hopeful and fueled by the earlier sunset's glow.
And just when I thought my adventure was over, the universe had another surprise in store. During sunset the next day, I spotted Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) hanging in the constellation of Virgo. This comet last visited us 80,000 years ago! Talk about cosmic Jackpot.
I hope you enjoy all the pictures from these rare encounters as much as I did!!
